9:30 – Traditional Worship
11:00 – Contemporary Worship
Infants and Toddlers
Child care is available throughout all worship services for infants through kindergarten age children. (Pre-K and Kindergarten children attend Sunday School at 11:00; there is child care only for those ages during the 9:30 worship.) Children are grouped in our nurseries by age and cared for in a secure and loving atmosphere by trained caregivers.
Pre-K and Kindergarten Children
Children who are three years (by the start of the new school year) through five years old attend Sunday School at 11:00. (Childcare is provided for those ages in Room 13 during the 9:30 worship service.) Pre-K and Kindergarten children meet in Room 12 at 11:00 for Sunday School.
Elementary Children (1st-5th Grade)
There are two distinct Sunday School sessions during the two worship hours for 1st-5th graders. Children may only choose one session to attend; those who are present for both worship hours must attend worship with their parents during the other Sunday School session.
9:30
"Live Big" is a one-room Sunday School format where children hear, see, and live their belief in God. This class meets in Room 5.
11:00
Sunday Journeys is a program for children to begin their study of the Christian faith. Classes enjoy learning stations such as art, science, cooking, computer, video, story telling, music and Bible Olympics to enhance their hands on learning experience of the Bible. Children gather in the Chapel at 11:00 for praise and worship, then divide into smaller groups by age. |
